How does this whole thing work?
It's pretty simple, actually. When you make your purchase, you'll fill out a form that asks for your name, your future spouse's name, the date of your event, and some information about you as a couple. If I need anything more info from you, I'll shoot you an email. 

How long do I have to wait to get my hashtag?
The turnaround time is about eight weeks. Long? Maybe. Worth the wait? Duh. 

How far ahead of my wedding or event should I order a hashtag?
That depends! How crazy-organized are you? If you want to be able to utilize the hashtag at your bridal shower or other wedding-related events, best to get it as far in advance as possible. 

Why should I bother buying a super cool hashtag for my event? 
You mean besides the fact that it's super cool? There are a lot of reasons, but the most practical is for sheer organization. You know your guests are going to be posting photos on social media all night long. Picking a generic hashtag—something like #SmithWedding, which at this very moment has 19,423 photos attached to it on Instagram—will force you to sort through a sea of random images to find the ones your own invitees took. And that's annoying. So a unique hashtag will make your pictures more readily accessible and thus shareable. Second, locking down a clever hashtag means you can incorporate it into your wedding-day decor: a chalkboard near the bar, watercolor table tents, customized cocktail napkins, plastering it on the side of a giant bus, like this—

Is there a return policy?
Sadly, no. The only time a refund will be given is if you manage to stump me, which is only likely if your last name is Zzyzzx or some such (but not even then, because #CraZzyInLove). Seriously, though, if I can't come up with one for you, you'll get your money back. I'm not a monster.

What if I want something I don't see here, like a hashtag for my bachelorette party but NO hashtag for my wedding?
Good one. Pretty much everything is customizable. Regarding the above instance, you can buy the Single Hashtag for Another Occasion and convey in the comments section what, exactly, you'd like it for. If you want more than one option for your event and you don't see a product listing that suits your needs, email me and we'll work something out.
